I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice, with over 15 years of experience. I firmly believe in the power of therapy to help us reach our fullest potential. My approach is collaborative, with an emphasis on promoting empowerment and competency.

FOCUS

My background is in working with child and adult survivors of trauma, and with those experiencing unresolved emotional hurt from childhood, grief, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, chronic pain, difficulty during life transitions, and conflict in relationships. I also support organizations to become more trauma informed through training and supervision, and helping professionals who experience symptoms of vicarious trauma to cope with the impact of their work.

Overwhelming feelings can present challenges in everyday life. It has been a privilege to help guide my clients in understanding their reactions, developing internal resources, and experiencing relief.

METHODS

I provide supportive, integrative, and evidence-based therapy. I work both remotely and in person.

I incorporate the body-mind connection in my practice and believe in the innate wisdom of the body to heal. I utilize a variety of approaches to support each individual.
